Culinaria

Culinaria is the creation of long-time Lawrence residents Aaron Pillar and Regan Lehman Pillar. Founded as a catering company in 2009 and transformed into a weekend restaurant in 2017, Culinaria offers made-from-scratch, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, a thoughtfully curated wine list, and classic & craft cocktails. Reopened April 15, 2021, the restaurant features indoor dining and a large outdoor patio (weather permitting), plus takeout and online ordering. Hours: Wed–Sat 3:30 PM–9:00 PM; Sun 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
